Inspired to do so by low quality of contemporary plakhta materials available in Canada at the time. The material was originally purchased from Alexandra by Kim Nahachewsky. Alexandra was living in Tsawwassen, BC at the time and directing the Ukrainian Dance Group Luna.]]>
