The hat is machine embroidered on the front with a dancing couple in Poltava costume, and on the back of the hat it&#039;s embroidered with the following text: &#039;&#039;To Dance is to Live To Live is to Dance&#039;&#039;. Two grommets on either side of the hat serve as air holes. There is also a snap on each side of the hat to hold up the brim.]]></dcterms:description>
